Ive had my fair share of issues but most from wheelin... I try to go once a week :)-
Broke my seat adjuster (will have to replace under warranty when I get to it... luckily its in the perfect spot)
Broke the wheel knobs on both front seats (super crap design)
Broke the retainer clips for the rear tail lights new ones coming from Gene
Bent the piss outta the stocker running boards
Bulb out for heater selector knob
And killed the battery and alternator twice in a week so I kinda had Stan redo those for me ;) with alittle help from theBroken... *see my dual battery setup*
I blew apart my front end but that was wheelin and pretty much my fault so I dont want to list that 4k repair ;)-

Squeaky rear leafs (replaced bushings and goo excuse to add shackle lift)
Crank Case Cover leak / water pump froze (my fault)
Rear axle seals (both went at the same time)
Misaligned door from factory
1 run in with a deer
Really most of these things come down to side effects from wheeling the truck, so nothing to complain about from me.

You will like it here, good to see you found it! Thanks again for the tire, my trips to work have not been slippery. I mounted it the very next day. It looks like I got all new tries now. Thanks man! Another Michigan guy to go raise hell with.

I did not have any real issues with my 06 H3 and I put 70k on it before I got rid of it.

08 I-5, Auto. 23,500 miles
Been to dealer once for a replacement battery. (However, I do believe the battery plate was damaged when the drunk hit it while parked. It went right after I got the vehicle back from Progressive's bump shop.)
4x4 switches are all gummed up and need to be pulled out after pressing. (Common with any and all H3s.)
Does have a heavy metal-on-metal hit over bumps in the left rear. Can't find the problem, but really haven't looked to close.
06 H3, only problems were the switches, washer bottle, jack recall and rear brake rotors. T/case was replaced by GM engineering who wanted it for research due to a strange noise. Traded it with approx. 37K.

Battery problems are all Ive had. 1 Problem with the rear trailer plug rusting which was the ground for the fuel pump. They replaced it but I ran a new one so the next person didnt have to deal with it.

I have my HUMMER to go offroad. Yeah, I drive it every day but the real reason I got it was to offroad. So, if I had to stop taking it offroad I think I would have to get another one that I could take offroad.
Not to compete with alrock (I only had Mr. Black for 2 years, 7 months of that I had a broken neck so I couldn't wheel)
Issues to date with Mr. Black:
Rear End: Blowed up real good (covered)
Front Diff: Blowed up really really good (covered, got an entirely new unit!)
Half shafts: X2 binding (covered)
Side Air Bags: Don't get me started again (NOT Covered by GM, Ins. COVERED)
Transfer Case: clicking (covered)
Moon Roof: wouldn't open (covered, got an entirely new unit!)
Gas cap: hanger thingy snapped in the cold (covered)
Body mounts: squeeking (covered)
Tie rod: bent (covered, and a free alignment)
Inner fender well: Broken, cracked (covered)
Alpha Badge: Orange piece fell out (covered)
Cargo net: little hook thingy broke (covered)
Rear view mirror: Fell off (covered)
Misc Electrical issues: loss of power, 4x4 switches, bulbs, etc (all covered)
Batteries: x3 (all covered)
Heated Seat: Passenger side didn't work (covered, got an entirely new unit!)
Radio: eating Cds (covered, got an entirely new unit!)
I ALWAYS got a HUMMER or sweet Caddy while it was in for service.
Issues to date with Mr. Orange:
Not 1 thing yet. I haven't wheeled her yet!
