This eBay listing is for a company parting out an H3 in Spokane, WA. The listing is for a fuse box lid, but the vehicle being parted out has an ARB Front Bumper on it. Somebody up in the Spokane area might get lucky if they contact this seller.

The ARB looks to be cut on top for a winch that does not have a remote location for the solenoid.
